Keith Nelson, CRB Keith R. Nelson is the Designated Broker and Principal Owner of Executive Real Estate, Inc.

Keith has been involved in the Real Estate industry since the late 1970's. He has had the opportunity to watch, participate in and, in some cases, even shape the direction and evolution of many innovations in the industry. Keith's experience in varied Real Estate markets provides him with a truly unique ability to understand the many needs of the diverse associates who make up Executive Real Estate, Inc.

Keith was the 2009 President of the Seattle King County REALTORS®. In addition he is currently a State Director for Washington REALTORS®, the Past Vice President and Vice President-Elect of Governmental Affairs for Seattle King County REALTORS, the Past Vice President and Treasurer of the IBA, the Past President and Vice President of the Washington Chapter of CRB's. Keith has also served, and continues to serve, on numerous committees, including Governmental Affairs, Strategic Planning, RPAC Chairman, Rules and Bylaws committees, License Law, Marketing, Nominations, Arbitration/Discipline committees, Prehearing Officer and on some Executive committees and a past member of the Board of Directors for several other associations including PSMLA (the predecessor to NWMLS. He is an active member of SKCR,CBA, WR and NAR. He was a Past Member of the Department of Licensing's Real Estate License Law (18.85 RCW) Review Task Force. He truly has the experience and the hands on involvement to make him one of the industry's most respected members. In fact the National Association of REALTORS® recently inducted Keith into the RPAC "Hall of Fame" for his longtime commitment as an RPAC Major Investor and member of the NAR President's Circle.

His Professional Philosophy is that "As a REALTOR®, it is important to me that the participants, and especially the leaders, in our industry be willing to give back to the industry, not only in the investment of dollars, but in the sharing of ideas, experiences and talents that have helped make them successful."
